摘　　要：简述了河北省水资源的严峻形势，提出了小城镇污水资源化是解决河北省水资源短缺的重要途径之一。调查了河北省小城镇污水资源化的现状，并分析了目前存在的问题。针对污水处理厂建设规划、污水资源化技术、管理体系、配套管网建设、资金支持及社会意识等提出了相应的措施和建议，为河北省小城镇经济发展、生态环境保护和水资源可持续利用方案的制定提供了依据和政策参考。This paper described the grim situation of water resources in Hebei province,and proposed that sewage resources is one of the most important ways to solve water shortage in small-towns. It investigates the present situation of wastewater reuse there and analyzes the existing problems. Aiming at the sewage treatment plant construction planning, wastewater reuse technology, management system, network facilities construction, financial support and social has made some corresponding measures and suggestions, which can provide the foundation and policy reference for schemes making of the economic development, eco logical environment protection and sustainable use of water resources in small towns in Hebei province.
