自体颗粒脂肪移植在合并多种畸形的重睑修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:针对临床上由于重睑成形术失败所造成的严重畸形,包括重睑过宽、多重睑、上睑凹陷等,探讨自体颗粒脂肪移植在合并上述多种畸形的重睑修复中的应用。方法:重新设计重睑线,酌情去除上睑瘢痕性皮肤,松解上睑组织粘连,常规方法形成重睑,提取自体颗粒脂肪,移植于松解后的上睑凹陷粘连区,完成修复。结果:修复合并多种畸形的重睑14例共28眼,随访6个月到4年,共随访11例,医患双方满意9例,2例行二次注射。结论:利用自体颗粒脂肪移植修复合并多种畸形的重睑,适应证广,方法简单,效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective The multiple malformations of upper eyelid,cluding too highly located double eyelid,sunken and/or multiply folded upper eyelid,are common complications after double eyelid operation.Autologous fat granule graft was designed to correct these deformities.Methods The incision of upper eyelid was designed under the scar and skin was resected between the former and the new double line if there was excessive skin.Completely relieve the adhesion zones until normal tissue was exposed and routinely complete the double eyelid operation.Autologous fat granule was extracted and purified usually from the knee inner side and then injected into adhesion zones to fill the sunken upper eyelid.Postoperative compression bandage was not recommended.Results 14 cases with multiple malformations of upper eyelid were corrected by autologous fat granule graft in the past four years.Most of them were followed up and the results were totally satisfactory.Conclusion Autologous fat granule graft was consistent with physiological,widely used and easily operated for repairing the multiple malformations of upper eyelid after double eyelid operation.It is worth of recommendation.
