摘　　要：目的:探讨家族性白癜风患者发病中的遗传特征。方法:采用问卷调查方法收集2006年6月～2011年12月我科门诊就诊的5 000例白癜风患者的临床资料,应用SPSS 19.0软件对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:①共调查5 000例白癜风患者,其中男2 497例,女2 503例,性别无统计学差异(χ2=0.912,P>0.05);②有家族史者585例(11.7%),其一级、二级亲属发病率分别2.51%和1.79%;③家族史阳性、阴性患者的平均发病年龄(15.86±3.40)岁、(20.40±4.05)岁(t=2.15,P<0.05);④家族史阳性、阴性患者伴发自身免疫性疾病平均比例分别为7.01%、4.5%,无显著差异(χ2=3.75,P>0.05)。结论:白癜风发病具有家族聚集性,血缘关系愈近,其发病率愈高,符合多基因遗传规律。家族史阳性者的平均发病年龄较家族史阴性者小,父系或母系遗传对发病年龄无影响。Objective To investigate the heredity features of familial vitiligo probands.Methods A questionnaire survey was performed to collect clinical data on 5000 cases of vitiligo in Xijing Hospital from June 2006 to December 2011.Data analysis was carried out by SPSS l9.0 software.Results ①There was no statistical difference in the incidence of vitiligo between male and female probands（P0.05）.There were 585（11.7%）patients with positive family history among the 5000 cases of vitiligo,and the incidence of vitiligo of their first and second degree relatives are 2.51% and 1.79%.③The mean age of onset was younger in patients with positive family history than those without（15.86 3.40 years VS 20.40s VS years,P0.05）.④And no statistical difference was noted in the incidence of associated autoimmune disorders between the two groups of patients（P0.05）.Conclusions The incidence of vitiligo shows a familial aggregation,and the closer the blood relationship,the higher the incidence of vitiligo,according to the rules of polygenic inheritance.The mean age of onset is younger in patients with positive family history than those without,but appears unaffected by inheritance patterns.
