高压氧联合心理干预治疗妊高症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧联合心理干预治疗妊高症的疗效分析。方法将72例妊高症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,两组患者在常规治疗的同时,观察组在此基础上给予系统性心理干预措施,并对两组患者的心理状态进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者心理状态发生焦虑、恐惧、偏执、敌对、抑郁的比率均明显减少,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用系统性的心理干预能有效降低高压氧治疗患者的焦虑程度,改善患者的心理状态,提高治疗效果,对高压氧治疗妊高症具有十分重要的意义。Objective To investigate the nursing intervention on the high-pressure oxygen therapy in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension affect the mental state.Methods 72 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension were randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 36 patients,two groups of patients in the treatment of the same time,were given routine care,but on the basis of the observation group to give systematic care interventions,and the psychological state of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group to observe the patients mental state of anxiety,fear,paranoia,hostility,depression rates were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant（P;0.05）.Conclusion The systematic care interventions effective in patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy reduce anxiety and improve the patient#39;s mental state,improve the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension is of great significance.
