摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法采用闭合复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折66例,术后按骨折稳定程度进行功能锻炼。结果术后随访10～16个月所有骨折全部愈合,功能恢复正常。结论闭合复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折并发症少,骨折愈合率高,疗效好,是一种较理想的治疗方法。Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of closed reset interlocking intramedullary nailing of tibial fractures.Methods Closed reduction and intramedullary interlocking nail for the treatment of tibial fracture in 66 cases,postoperative fracture stability of a function exercise.Results Were followed up for 10~16 months,all fractures healed and function returned to normal.Conclusion Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing of tibial fractures with few complications,fracture healing rate,good effect,is an ideal method for treatment.
