妈咪爱联合乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妈咪爱联合乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘的疗效。方法 2009年3月至2011年3月我院门诊治疗的功能性便秘患儿86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对照组采用一般治疗,治疗组加用妈咪爱、乳果糖。结果治疗组总有效率93%,对照组总有效率41.9%,比较两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妈咪爱联合乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘疗效显著,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of Medilac-Vita combined Lactulose for treating children functionality constipation.Methods 86 cases with children functionality constipation who were treated in our out-patient department from March,2009 to March,2011,were divided medially into treatment group and control group.The control group got general treatment,and the treatment group got Medilac-Vita combined Lactulose extra.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93%,and the total effective rate of control group was 41.9%.There＇s significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Medilac-Vita combined Lactulose for treating children functionality constipation has evident effect.it is saft and worth spreading.
