煤工尘肺代谢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨煤工尘肺和一般人群代谢综合征的患病情况。方法从京煤集团有限责任公司随机抽取2009年1月—2011年6月煤工尘肺患者266例,从北京地区某建筑公司2011年3月健康检查人员中随机抽取50岁及以上387人,测量身高、体重、腹围,检测血压,空腹血糖、血脂,建立数据库。各项代谢异常的诊断标准参照中华医学会糖尿病分会(CDA)的诊断标准。结果 60岁～、70～79岁组尘肺肥胖患病率高于一般人群(P<0.05),尘肺患者以年龄分层,随着年龄的增加肥胖患病率增高;各年龄段尘肺高血压患病率均高于一般人群(P<0.05)。结论同年龄段的尘肺患者的肥胖患病率高于一般人群组,且尘肺患者组随年龄的增加患病率增加;尘肺高血压患病率高于一般人群。[Objective]To explore the prevalence of coal workers pneumoconiosis and metabolic syndrome in general population.[Methods]A total of 266cases of coal workers pneumoconiosis from Beijing Coal Group Co,Ltd during January 2009-June 2011 and another 387 workers aged above 50 years from a construction company in Beijing in March 2011 were randomly selected for measurement and examination of height,weight,waist circumference,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,blood lipids to form a database.The diagnosis standards referred to the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome from Chinese Medical Association Diabetes Branch.[Results] Prevalence of obesity in coal workers with pneumoconiosis aged 60-69 years and 70-79 years was higher than that of the general population（P〈0.05）.The obesity incidence rate increased with age growing in coal workers with pneumoconiosis.The hypertension incidence rate in coal workers with pneumoconiosis was higher than that of the general population in each age group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Prevalence of obesity in coal workers with pneumoconiosis is higher than the general population in the same age group.The obesity incidence rate increased with age growing in coal workers with pneumoconiosis.The hypertension incidence rate in coal workers with pneumoconiosis is higher than the general population.
