摘　　要：目的了解2007—2010年随州市农村居民艾滋病防治知识的认知水平、行为、相关态度和需求,以及在4年里发生的变化,为防治艾滋病的干预措施和干预效果评价提供相关信息和依据。方法对随州市农村居民进行自填表式问卷调查,所有资料均经EpiData 3.02进行录入后用SPSS 16.0进行统计分析。结果随州市农村居民对艾滋病的3个传播途径和经蚊虫叮咬等非传播途径的知晓率到2010年基本上均提高到90%左右;对艾滋病预防知识的知晓率亦有所提高,其中对使用安全套是否有保护作用的知晓率从52.23%提高到92.64%,对忠于性伴侣可以降低艾滋病传播风险的知晓率从76.89%提高到91.47%;对艾滋病病毒感染者在外表上与正常人群无区别的知晓率从45.24%提高到80.62%;2010年有78.10%的居民愿意与感染了HIV的熟人继续交往;农村居民获取艾滋病防治知识的主要途径是宣传资料、电视和报刊书籍。结论随州市农村居民艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育工作有一定的成效,提高农村居民的防治知识和保护意识,对农村居民的艾滋病防治有重要意义。[Objective]To understand the cognitive level,behaviors,attitude and demand of knowledge about AIDS prevention among rural residents in Suizhou City from 2007-2010,as well as the changes in four years,to provide the information and basis for intervention measures and intervention effect evaluation of AIDS prevention.[Methods]A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among rural residents in Suizhou City,and the data were input by EpiData 3.02 and statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0.[Results]The awareness rates of three transmission routes and non-transmission routes（such as mosquito bites） of AIDS/HIV among rural residents in Suizhou City have basically increased to 90% until 2010.The awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS prevention has increased,and the awareness rate of the protective effect of the condom has increased from 52.23% to 92.64%.The awareness rate of the loyalty to sexual partners can reduce the risk of AIDS/HIV transmission has increased from 76.89% to 91.47%.The awareness rate of there is no difference between HIV infected individuals and normal population has increased from 45.24% to 80.62%.In 2010,78.10% of residents were willing to contact with the acquaintances infected with HIV.The main ways of obtaining the knowledge about AIDS prevention among rural residents were publicity materials,TV,newspaper and book.[Conclusion]The publicity and education of knowledge about AIDS prevention among rural residents in Suizhou city have got some achievements.Improving the preventive knowledge and protection consciousness of rural residents has great significance on AIDS prevention and control among rural residents.
