摘　　要：目的调查和分析社区医护人员的A型行为与心理健康状况的关系,为提高社区医护人员心理健康水平提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和A型行为量表对社区医院282名医护人员进行调查,数据用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学处理。结果 A型行为医护人员SCL-90总均分以及5项症状因子(躯体化表现、强迫症状、人际关系敏感性、敌对、偏执)均高于全国常模,其中敌对和偏执差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A型行为人员的躯体化表现、敌对和偏执3项阳性心理症状检出率明显高于非A型行为人员(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论社区医院A型行为医护人员的心理健康状况较差,应采取措施给予改善。[Objective]To investigate and analyze the relationship between type A behavior and mental health condition of in medical workers from community hospital,and provide reference for improving their mental health levels.[Methods]The symptom checklist（SCL-90） and type A behavior scale were used to investigate 282 doctors and nurses from community hospital.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.[Results]Of medical workers with Type A behavior,SCL-90 total scores,somatization,obsessive compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,hostile and paranoid ideation symptom factors were all higher than the national norm,with significant differences in hostile and paranoid ideation（P〈0.05）.Positive prevalence rates of somatization,hostile and paranoid ideation symptom factors in medical staff with Type A behavior were significantly higher than those in staff with non-type A behavior（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The mental health condition of type A medical workers is poor and effective measures should be taken to improve it.
