某啤酒厂建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

摘　　要：目的对某啤酒厂建设项目职业病危害防护设施的效果进行评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法和职业健康检查相结合的方法。结果该项目的总平面布置、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学、辅助用室、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理和应急救援等符合国家法律法规的要求,该项目在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有噪声、高温、谷物粉尘、硅藻土粉尘、氨、二氧化碳、硫化氢、氢氧化钠、过氧化氢、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、次氯酸钠(氯气)、盐酸等,其中淀粉投料操作位粉尘的CSTEL为24.5 mg/m3,超过超限倍数规定,包装车间的洗瓶、灌装、装酒压盖、贴标、装箱和满箱检测等岗位的LEX,8 h超过国家职业接触限值。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施基本有效,建设单位应对淀粉投料岗位和包装车间的防护设施进行改造,同时加强个人防护和职业病危害作业人员的健康监护,如按该评价的建议进行改进,该项目可通过竣工验收。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of protection facility for controlling the occupational hazards in the construction project of a brewery.[Methods]The combination of field investigation,checklist,detection and occupational health examination was adopted.[Results]The general layout,production process and facility layout,building hygiene,auxiliary rooms,individual protective equipment,occupational health management and emergency rescue of this project met the requirements of national standard and criterion.The main occupational hazard factors in the production process were noise,high temperature,grain dust,diatomite dust,ammonia,carbon dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,sodium hydroxide,hydrogen peroxide,nitrogen dioxide,carbon monoxide,sodium hypochlorite（chlorine）,hydrochloric acid and so on.CSTEL of dust in starch feeding position was 24.5 mg/m3,which exceeded the limits.LEX,8 h of bottle washing,filling,cover-loading,labeling,packing and boxes detection in packaging workshop exceeded the national occupational exposure limits.[Conclusion]The protection measures for controlling the occupational hazards in this project are effective.The protection facilities in starch feeding position and packaging plant should be improved.Meanwhile,individual protection and health surveillance of hazard-exposed workers should be strengthened.It will be approved by executive department if the recommendations of the evaluation are executed.
