补中益气汤对脾气虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补中益气汤对脾气虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用及机理。方法在复制大鼠脾气虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎模型的基础上,予补中益气汤不同剂量治疗,同时设空白对照组,测定各组大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的改变,并计算胸腺指数和脾指数。结果补中益气汤低、中、高剂量组CD3+、CD4+阳性细胞数升高,CD8+阳性细胞数明显减少,CD4+/CD8+比值升高,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);胸腺指数、脾指数明显升高,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);高剂量组与低剂量组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤可以显著调节慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群数,增加胸腺指数和脾指数,提高机体免疫功能。Objective Explore therapeutic effects and mechanisms of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang spleen deficiency chronic atrophy gastritiso Methods In rat spleen deficiency chronic atrophy gastritis model on the basis of different doses of the treatment I Buzhongyiqitang blank control group, changes in the determination of the rats in each group of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and calculate theThe thymus in- dex and spleen indexo Results Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang in the high dose group of CD3＋ and CD4＋ positive cell count increased CD8 ＋cells significantly reduced the number of CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio increased compared with the model group were significantly different （P 〈0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ） ;the thymus index, spleen index was significantly increased compared with model group, significant differences （P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0. 01 ） ; high dose group and low dose groups were significantly different （P 〈 0.05） o Conclusion Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang can significantly the regu- lating chronic Jiang shrink gastritis rat peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulation, increased the thymus index and spleen index, and im- prove immune function, more pronounced and the effect of high dose group.
