紫归长皮软膏对大鼠难愈性创面的促进作用

摘　　要：目的观察紫归长皮软膏对大鼠难愈性创面的疗效。方法制造SD大鼠难愈性创面模型,随机分组为正常创面组、模型创面组、紫归长皮软膏组、贝复济组。观察各组不同时间创面愈合率与创面愈合时间。结果在创面愈合率方面,第3、7、10、14天模型创面组均明显低于正常创面组(P<0.05,P<0.01);第10、14天,紫归长皮软膏组创面愈合率均明显高于模型创面组和贝复济组(P<0.01)。在愈合时间方面,与模型创面组比较,正常创面组、紫归长皮软膏组、贝复济组创面愈合时间均缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与贝复济组比较,紫归长皮软膏组创面愈合时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论紫归长皮软膏能明显促进大鼠难愈性创面愈合。Objective To study the effects of Zigui Zhangpi Paste on chronic difficult healing wound. Methods 32 SD rats were ran- domly divided into 4 groups as ： nomal wound group, modal gap group, Zigui changpi Paste group, bfgf - torita group （ 8 rats in each group）. Healing rate at different time points and total healing time were observed. Results The wound healing rates of model group on the 3th, 7th, 10th and 14th are lower than nomal group（P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0. 01 ） ,on the 10th and 14th day the wound healing rate of Zigui changpi Paste group is bigger in comparison with modal gap group and bfgf - torita group（P 〈0. 01 ）. The healing time of modal gap group was longer than nomal wound group, Zigui changpi Paste group and bfgf - torita group ; the healing time of Zigui Zhangpi group was shorter than that of the bfgf - to- rita group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Zigui Zhangpi Paste can promote the recovery of the chronic difficult healing wound.
