摘  要:目的建立高效毛细管电泳法测定百合知母汤中的有效成分芒果苷含量的方法。方法采用内标法,选取芦丁为内标,未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱(77cm×75μm,有效长度70 cm)为分离通道,以12 mmol/L硼砂-甲醇(90∶10)为电泳介质,分离电压为20 kV,检测波长为318 nm。结果芒果苷在20 min内得到很好的分离,在0.06-1.14 mg/mL与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.0%。结论本方法简便快速、结果准确、重复性好,可用于百合知母汤及其制剂的质量控制。Abstracts:Objective To establish an HPCE method for determining the mangiferin in Baihe Zhimu decoction. Methods Rutin was used as internal standard. An uncoated fused silica capillary (77 cm ×75 μm, effective length of 70 cm) was used. The electrolyte buffer composed of 12 mmol · L - 1 borax - MeOH(90: 10), applied voltage 20 kV, detection wavelength was 318nm. Results Mangiferin was successfully separated within 20 min, the linear response range was 0.06 - 1.14 mg/mL. The average recovery was 99.0%. Conclusion The analytical results demonstrated the method was simple, rapid and well reproducible, and could be used as a reliable tool for the quantity control of Baihe Zhimu decoction and its descriptions.
