湖北英山茅苍术药材最佳采收期的研究

摘　　要：目的研究人工种植茅苍术药材的最佳采收期。方法采用高效液相色谱法分别测定不同采收月份茅苍术药材中的主要有效成分苍术素和β-桉叶醇的含量,初步确定其最佳采收期。结果经测定,茅苍术药材中苍术素的含量在10月达到最高,1月最低;而β-桉叶醇的含量在11月最高,6月最低。结论湖北英山地区的茅苍术药材的最佳采收期初步确定为11月。Objective To study planted Atractylodes lancea harvest period. Methods β - eudesmol, atractylodin in rhizome of A. lan- tea in different harvest months were determined by HPLC. Results It was determined that the atraetylodin in rhizome of A. laneea content of in October, the highest January minimum; the content of β - eudesmol in November the highest and June minimum. Conclusion Based on the above results, the best harvesting time of Atraetylodes lancea in the region of Ying Shan is initially set for November.
