摘  要:对决明子水煎液进行电吸附处理,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水煎液中的钾、钠、镁、铁、钙、铜、锌、锰、镉、铅的含量。结果表明,水煎液中的金属元素含量在电吸附过程中均呈现下降趋势,随着电吸附时间的增加,元素含量下降呈非线性下降规律,Pb、Cd含量分别降低47.2%,49.6%。Cassia seed water to fry fluid was processed by electric adsorption,the contents of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cd and Pb in Cassia seed were determined by the flame atomic absorption spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show that the contents of metal Elements were decreased with the electric adsorption time,but not in a linear drop down.The content of Pb and Cd were reduced by 47.2% and 49.6% respectively.
