埋地或地下管道敷设用CATV铝管电缆的研制

摘　　要：随着有线电视(CATV)系统的发展,入户前的CATV同轴电缆基本都采用埋地敷设或地下管道敷设,这对电缆的性能提出了新要求。从结构、选材及关键生产工艺三方面详细介绍了埋地或地下管道敷设用CATV铝管电缆的设计和生产,重点说明了绝缘发泡和外导体连续挤压包覆成型两项工艺技术,并列举了关键性能参数。所设计生产的CATV铝管电缆的性能达到了美国康普公司和TFC公司相同型号电缆的最新要求。To meet the demands for the development of CATV system,the design and production of the CATV aluminum tube cable meeting these demands are introduced in detail from three aspects： structure,materials used and production process.Two production technologies： insulation foaming and outer conductor extrusion-cladding are described emphatically.The key performance parameters of the CATV aluminum tube cable are listed,which are in accordance with the latest requirements for the same type of cable of CommScope Company and TFC Company.
