摘 要:采用物理与化学相结合的方法制备了喷墨打印用纳米喷墨材料。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了复合材料的表面结构和粗糙度,结果显示其粗糙度随着吸墨层的厚度发生了改变。利用表面张力仪(DCAT)和分光测色计分别测试了材料的接触角和色差,结果表明涂层厚度对打印质量的影响是非常显著的,并且当吸墨层厚度是50μm时,喷墨材料的综合性能是最好的。The inkjet materials were prepared by the combination of physical and chemical methods. The surface microstrueture and roughness of materials was analyzed by atomic force microscope (AFM)- The AFM results indicated that the surface roughness was ebenged with thickness. The contact angle of this material was determined by the dynamic contact angle analysis test (DCAT) and tbe chromatic aberration was measured by speetrophotometer. The result showed that the effect of the thickness on print quality was remarkable. When the thickness was 50 μm, the comprehensive properties of this inkjet material were the best.
