摘 要:探讨影响织物撕破强力的因素。分析了织物撕破时的受力情况,采用梯形法测试了不同纬密、纬纱强力、纬纱号数、组织条件下织物的撕破强力。试验表明:织物纬向撕破强力随纬密的增大而增大,当纬密达到一定数值时,织物纬向撕破强力开始下降;织物纬向撕破强力随纬纱强力的增大而增大;同原料同紧度的织物纬向撕破强力随纬纱号数的增大而增大;其他条件一定的情况下,织物纬向撕破强力随经浮线增长而增大。指出:通过分析织物纬向撕破强力的影响因素,有助于高撕破强力织物的设计。Factors of effecting fabric tearing strength were discussed. Force condition in tearing fabric was analyzed, tearing strength of fabric was tested in different weft density, weft strength, weft count and fabric texture by using trapezoidal method. The result shows that fabric tearing strength in weft direction is increased with weft density increase. When the weft density reaches certain value, tearing strength in weft direction become to reduce. Fabric tearing strength in weft direction is increased with weft strength increase. The tearing strength of fabric with the same material and tightness are increased with weft count increase. When the other conditions are same, fabric weft tearing strength is increased with warp float length increase. It is pointed out that it is helpful to improve higher tearing strength fabric design level by analyzing the factors of effecting fabric tearing strength in weft direction.
