摘　　要：探讨国产清梳联的应用效果及设备管理。介绍了纺JC 14.5 tex纱的清梳联工艺流程和各单机的特点及工艺设置。优选了主要工艺参数:抓棉机打手速度1 200 r/min,开棉机打手速度730 r/min,梳棉机刺辊速度780 r/min,锡林速度365 r/min。总结了清梳联设备维修管理制度、清梳联运转管理制度等,保证了清梳联设备的正常运转。认为:以系统工程的概念优选工艺和加强管理,最终可充分发挥清梳联的效能,保证半制品和成纱质量。Application effect and equipment management of domestic blowing-carding unit were discussed. Characteristics and processing configurations of spinning JC 14.5 tex yarn in blowing-carding process and each single unit were introduced. Main processing parameters were optimized. Beater speed of bale plucker is 1 200 r/min, beater speed of o- pening machine is 730 r/min,lick-in speed of carding machine is 780 r/min,cylinder speed is 365 r/min. Equipment maintenance management system and operation management system of blowing-carding unit were summarized,operation of blowing-carding unit can be ensure well. It is considered that effect of blowing-carding unit can be used fully and semi-product and yarn quality can be ensured when adopting optimization process and strengthening management systematically.
