摘　　要：内毛刺刮削是HFW焊管生产的重要工序,由于调整或操作不当,导致在内毛刺刮削过程中产生积瘤,进而影响对内毛刺的刮削质量。介绍了HFW焊管内毛刺刀或刀杆上出现的积瘤类型;分析了积瘤形成的原因;提出了在生产线运行时对积瘤进行观察与判断的方法,以及防止积瘤产生的措施。Internally-burring is regarded as a key operation step for manufacture of the HFW steel pipe. During such a process, build-up of molten metal may be formed, due to improper adjustment or maloperation, which would in turn negatively influence the burring quality. Elaborated in the article are the types of build-up formed on the cutter or cutter bar as used for internally-burring the HFW pipe. Furthermore, causes for the build-up are investigated, and method for on-line observation and judgment of the build-up, and preventative actions are proposed.
