摘　　要：介绍了渤海装备巨龙钢管有限公司引进的机械式扩径机的控制系统与原理,以及扩径工序的过程等。详细阐述了该扩径机扩径时主油缸的动作过程控制、钢管长度测量和扩径步数的计算与分配、夹持小车和传送辊的步进控制以及3个钢管输送辊的升降控制等。运行状况表明,该扩径机控制系统性能稳定,自动化程度高,报警及各种设备保护齐全,运行稳定,但存在系统结构复杂、维修维护比较繁琐的问题。Elaborated in the paper are the control system of the mechanical tube expander as imported by Bohai Equipment Julong Steel Tube Co., Ltd., and the operation principle thereof, and the process flow of the expanding machine proper. Also detailed are the main aspects of control of the expander, including in-process control of the movements of the main hydraulic cylinder, pipe length measurement, calculation and assignment of the expanding steps, control of the walk-beam movements of the clamping car and the transfer rollers as well as control of the lifting/lowering movements of the three tube conveying rollers. The actual operation situation shows that the tube expander control system features performance reliability, high automation level, complete alarming and protecting functions for various units, and operation consistency, though there still exist some problems therewith like structural complexit：y and rather complicated maintenance/service procedures, etc.
