摘　　要：分析了我国汽车产品开发的现状及问题，提出了逆向工程、同步工程、项目管理等一些新的概念和方法，阐述了汽车产品在开发过程中的项目管理。Analysis the current status and problem of the development of national automotive product,put forward reverse engineering,synchronous engineering,project management and some new concept and method, expound the project management of automotive product during the development process.
