和谐社会视野下新疆体育公共服务均等化研究

摘　　要：建设体育强国和努力实现体育公共服务均等化发展战略是贯彻落实科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,又是新时期新疆体育体制改革与制度创新的重点工作任务。文章通过剖析体育公共服务及均等化的概念内涵,进而结合新疆体育公共服务开展现状及均等化实现程度,因地制宜提出切实有效的对策,为新疆体育公共服务均等化研究提供新的理论与实践研究视角。Building a powerful country of sport and strive to achieve the equalization of sports public service development strategy is to implement the scientific outlook on development and building a harmonious socialist society＇s important component,it is new period Xinjiang sports system reform and system innovation the key tasks.This article through the analysis of the equalization of sports public service and the connotation of the concept,and then combined with the current situation and development of Xinjiang sports public service equalization realizes degree to suit one＇s measures to local conditions,put forward practical and effective countermeasures,for Xinjiang sports public service equalization research provides a new theory and practice perspective.
