摘　　要：目的:对我院药品供应情况作初步的调研,为下一步优化医院药品供应链积累数据。方法:通过汇总我院2010年2～5月各药房药品的消耗、库存数、请领、补领、药品移库等数据,分析我院药品供应情况。结果:各库存单位的库存金额比较合理,库存周转率高;各药房12.55%的药品需要通过加补领来满足临床需求;药品的移库在一定程度上降低了缺货率。结论:通过调研使各单位了解相互之间药品供应的具体情况,对自身存在的不足及时做调整,以SAP系统推行为契机,实现数据的全面挖掘和分析,为临床服务、药品监管、保障供应等提供信息支持。Objective：According to the investigation of drug supplies in our hospital,we analyzed the data in order to optimize drug supply chains.Methods：We analyzed the status of drug supplies in our hospital by summarizing the data of drug consumption number,stock number,drug request number,additional drug request number,and transfer number within pharmacies in Feb-May 2010.Results： The amount of money in different pharmacies is reasonable and the turnover rate is high.12.55% drugs need to be replenished to meet clinical requirements.Out of stock rate is cut down by drug transfer within different pharmacies.Conclusion： Each pharmacy knows the status of drug supplies by the investigation and adjusts the shortage separately.We accomplish comprehensive analysis of data and provide support to clinical departments,drug supervision and drug supplies through HRP system.
