摘  要:利用新疆油田六中区原油及地层水,研究了在室内好氧培养条件下,以原油为唯一碳源微生物的生长变化情况。测定了微生物及其代谢产物等相关指标。进行了原油乳化效果评价及提高采收率物模效果评价。结果表明,菌浓较初始值最高增加五个量级,菌群变化显著。微生物发酵液表面张力大幅度降低,由64.937 mN/m最低降至29.979 mN/m;pH由7.30最高升高至8.30;表面张力及pH与微生物生长曲线具有良好的对应关系。不同培养阶段,原油乳化能力明显不同。微生物发酵液提高采收率幅度与其表面张力明显相关,最高可达6.46%。发酵液中糖脂类表面活性剂含量最高达420.8 mg/L。By us given only crude ing the crude oil and formation water from Xinjiang oil field, the growth of microbe which was oil as the carbon source was studied, some indexs about the microbe and its matebolites were determined, and the efficiency of crude oil emusification and enhanced oil recovery by physical simulation were evaluated. The results show that the cell concentration incresed by five magnitude to the initial value, the microbial community changed remarkably. The surface tension of culture medium is reduced from 64. 937 mN/m to the lowest surface tension 29. 979 mN/m, pH from 7.30 to highest 8.40, the surface tension and pH are related remarkably to the growth of microbe, the emusification efficency of crude oil varied in different culture time, the enhanced oil recovery up to highest 6.46% is related to the surface tension of the fermentation liquor, the glycolipid biosurfactants in the fermentation liquor is up to 420. 8 mg/L.
