摘 要:采用电化学工作站测试了P110级套管钢(26CrMo4)在三元复合驱(ASP)溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为。研究了ASP中各主要成分、浓度和温度对26CrMo4钢腐蚀行为的影响。用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对静态浸泡腐蚀后的试件表面进行了测试分析。结果表明,26CrMo4钢在ASP、AS、A、AP溶液中,腐蚀速率依次增大。随ASP浓度增加,腐蚀电位增大,腐蚀电流密度减小,腐蚀速率也随之减小。无论对于强碱或弱碱ASP溶液,随着温度增加,26CrMo4钢的腐蚀电流密度增加,腐蚀速率加快。经80℃静态浸泡192 h后,26CrMo4钢主要发生均匀腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要为Fe(OH)3、FeCO3、Fe2O3。The electrochemical corrosion behavior of P110 oil pipeline steel in ASP solution was investigated in this paper. The effects of the main components of ASP solution, the concentration and the temperature on corrosion behavior were also analyzed. The corrosion surface was tested and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results showed that the corrosion rate of P110 steel gradually increased with ASP, AS, A and AP solution. With the concentration of ASP increased, the corrosion potential increased and the corrosion current density decreased, so did the corrosion rate. The corrosion current density and corrosion rate increased with the increasing temperature. The P110 steel exhibites uniform corrosion behavior, and the EDS analysis indicates that the corrosion products after the static immersion for 192 h at 80 °C are mainly of Fe( OH)3, FeCO3 and Fe2O3.
