摘  要:数字化变电站要求智能电子设备(IED)具有网络通信功能。采用传输层用户数据包协议(UDP)作为设备绝缘状态监测系统的通信协议,可实现过程层监测数据实时高速传输到间隔层。根据设备绝缘状态监测IED要求和UDP协议的特性,结合光纤数字化技术,设计了变电站设备绝缘状态监测智能终端硬件及系统通信方案。采用以控制和测试为主的图形化编程语言LabVIEW开发了系统软件。应用开发的监测终端在实验室对一支现场替换下来的CT进行介损测量试验。试验结果表明监测终端满足数字化变电站绝缘状态监测IED性能要求。It is essential for the intelligent electronic devices (IED) of digital substation to have the function of network communication. By using UDP transport layer protocol as the Communication protocol of equipment insulation condition monitoring system, monitoring data can be transmitted at a high-speed and real-time from process level to bay level. Based on the IED requirements of equipment insulation condition monitoring and the characteristics of the UDP protocol, and combined optical digital technology, the intelligent terminal and system communication program for equipment insulation condition monitoring are designed. Additionally, the system software is developed by LabVIEW. Finally, a dielectric loss measure experiment is conducted by applying the intelligent terminal on a broken CT in the lab. The results show that the intelligent terminal meets the IED performance requirements of insulation condition monitoring.
