摘　　要：目的探讨饮食行为训练管理模式对2型糖尿病患者饮食行为的影响。方法将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组接受传统的糖尿病知识讲座,实验组接受为期5个月的饮食行为训练管理。在管理前、管理后3个月和6个月分别对两组患者饮食行为进行调查。结果实验组患者在管理后3个月和6个月,其主要饮食行为优于管理前和对照组,组内和组间比较,均P﹤0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论饮食行为训练管理模式能有效地改善2型糖尿病患者的饮食行为。Objective To investigate the effect of dieting behavior training on dieting behaviors of type II diabetics. Methods 80 type II diabetics were randomized into experiment and control groups in equal number. Patients in the control group were managed by presenting lectures on diabetes and the experiment group by 5-month training of dieting behaviors. The investigations on dieting behaviors were conducted among them in the two groups before training, 3 months after training and 6 months after training. Result The experiment group took statistically better dieting behaviors 3 months, 6 months after training than before training as well as than the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dieting behavior training is effective in the improvement of the dieting behaviors of type II diabetics.
