摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)对鼻咽癌放疗患者心理状况的影响。方法将80例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各40例。实验组实施CNP,对照组实施传统护理方法。应用SCL-90症状自评量表分别在两组患者入院时和出院时对其心理状况进行测评。结果出院时实验组患者SCL-90总分、总症状指数、因子分(抑郁、焦虑、惊恐、精神病性、其他方面)均明显低于对照组和入院时(均P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施CNP可有效减轻患者负性情绪。Objective To study the effect of the clinical nursing pathway （CNP） on the mental conditions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients under radiotherapy. Methods 80 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided equally into experiment group and control group. Clinical nursing pathway was applied to the patients in the experiment group, while a traditional approach was used in the control group. Both groups were tested with SCL-90 at hospital admission and discharge, respectively. Results The scores by SCL-90, and General Symptomatic lndex and factors （depression, anxiety, phobia, insanity and other problems of diet/sleeping）of discharged patients in the experiment group were remarkably lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively alleviate psychological conditions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy.
