摘　　要：目的探讨齿槽嵴裂自体髂骨移植术的最优临床护理方法。方法总结20例微创自体髂骨移植齿槽嵴裂整复术患者的临床护理经验。结果 20例手术患者7～8d痊愈出院,无手术并发症。结论正确、有效的护理可减轻牙槽嵴裂整复术患者的不适,加速伤口愈合,减少住院时间。Objective To summarize the optimal clinical nursing to the patients with alveolar cleft repaired by self-ilium graft using minimally invasive surgery. Method The clinical, nursing experience of 20 patients with alveolar cleft repaired by self-ilium graft using the minimally invasive surgery was summarized. Result All the 20 patients were discharged within 7 - 8 days with no complications. Conclusion The correct and effective nursing service can reduce the discomforts of the patients, accelerate the healing of the wounds and reduce hospitalization time.
