护理“大包干”责任制与护士床边工作制在血液病区的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理"大包干"责任制与护士床边工作制在血液病区中的应用。方法 2010年7月～2011年10月在血液病区实施护理"大包干"责任制与护士床边工作制,推行护士管床、管病人的工作制(病人设为观察组),并与2009年3月～2010年6月实施传统责任制整体护理(病人设为对照组)进行护理质量(包括护理措施落实、基础护理、危重病人护理)及满意度比较。结果实施护理"大包干"责任制与护士床边工作制后,护理质量及病人满意度明显提高,前后比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论在血液病区实施护理"大包干"责任制与护士床边工作制,有利于为病人提供专业、全面、连续性的整体护理,提高护理质量和病人满意度。Objective To explore the effect of ＂all-round nursing responsibility system＂ in the ward of hemotology department. Methods All the patients hospitalized during July 2010 to October 2011 in the department were set as the experiment group and nursed according to the system and the program. The patients during March 2009 to June 2010 in the department were set as the control group and managed with routine holistic nursing. The two groups were compared in respect of nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing service. Result The quality of nursing and the patients＇ satisfaction level were both improved significantly （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The ＂all-round nursing responsibility system＂ and the program of ＂nurses serving at the sickbed＂ can be helpful for the nurses to care the patients, comprehensively, continuously and holistically and thus it may help to improve the quality of nursing as well as the patients＇ satisfaction.
