从全宗补充形式的视角审视全宗构成条件的悖论

摘　　要：以往我国档案工作者针对联合全宗、档案汇集、全宗汇集等多种全宗补充形式这一做法,只是依据实践经验总结得出的,却并未能从传统的全宗理论的角度对这一现象进行科学合理的解释,从而造成了档案理论与实践相背离的现象。本文试图对传统全宗构成条件进行修改,并给予这些全宗补充形式以"合法地位",从而使这些补充形式组建的全宗更加便于科学保管和利用。尽管这些特殊形式的全宗构成形式满足了笔者设定的构成条件,但在档案馆组建全宗时,仍需慎重使用这些形式,否则在一定程度上会造成档案实践的混乱。In the later, the archivists of our country get the method that using joint fonds, archive collection, fonds collection sort out the archive just from the experience, but we have not solve it from the angle of the traditional fonds theory. In this way, it causes the phenomenon of deviating between archive theory and practice. This paper tries to modify the structure condition of traditional fonds and gives these fonds added forms ＂legal status＂. In addition, it promote people to manage and use the archive that mak- ing up by added forms in the scientific way. Although these fonds constitutes forms of special form can satisfy the forming condition of setting by author, when the archive form the fonds, we are supposed to use these forms prudent. Or, it may cause the mess of our archive practice.
