摘　　要：档案信息资源需求具有立体性、层次性和客观性特征,这是由于当前我国档案信息资源规划实施中存在的战略规划薄弱、内容建设失衡和规划模式封闭等问题。提出要加强国家层面的宏观部署、构建公众需求实现的档案信息资源体系和创新档案信息资源的开发模式和发展机制的解决策略。The demand of archives information resource has the characteristics of stereo, hierarchy and objective, in view of the phenomenon of the weak of strategic planning, the unbalance of content construction and the close of planning model. Putting forward to strengthen the national macroscopic deployment, Building the archives information resource system based on achieving the public demand, Innovating the development mode and the development mechanism of the archives information resource.
