摘　　要：在详尽分析档案专题数据库建设现状及存在问题、简要解读质量控制理论的基础上,提出基于质量控制理论的档案专题数据库建设流程,并着重解析质量控制理论与档案专题数据库建设流程的结合方式。Firstly analyses the current status of the construction of archival database on special topics, and gives a brief interpretation of the theory of quality control. And then puts forward the process of the construction of ADST based on the theory of quality control. Lastly explains the method of combination of the theory and the process.
