摘　　要：商事登记档案制度设计不合理,限制过多造成商事登记档案利用纠纷不断。本文以此出发点,总结商事登记档案查询制度出现的问题并进行原因分析,探讨公示视角下商事登记档案查询制度的完善。This paper discusses how to improve business registration archives inquiry system from the perspective of publicity. It holds that the business archives inquiry system have many unreasonable regulations, which result in many lawsuits. They should pay attention to publicity and aim at structuring, in the spirit of fairness and effectiveness, and brings up general principles for improving the rules regarding the business registration archives inquiry system and also propositions to amend the existing inquiry approaches.
