摘 要:针对珠江下游普遍存在的水源季节性氨氮和有机物污染问题,采用原水生物预处理和强化常规处理工艺技术路线,开发了三种主要的集成工艺技术,包括高速生物过滤强化常规工艺、高锰酸钾与粉末活性炭、纯氧曝气及活性无烟煤联合强化常规工艺、以平板陶瓷膜为主的集成工艺等,建立了中试基地和示范工程,有效处理氨氮浓度为3~5mg/L的原水,出水水质达到GB 5749—2006标准,经济有效,稳定可靠,为常规工艺升级改造提供了多样化技术选择。According to common seasonal ammonia and organic pollution in water resource in down- stream river basin of Zhujiang River, the upgrading technology route of biological pre-treatment and im- proved conventional treatment process was used in this research. In this paper, three main integrated tech- nologies were developed, including the improved conventional treatment process by high-speed biological filter, the improved conventional treatment process with the combination of potassium permanganate, powdered activated carbon, pure oxygen aeration and activated anthracite, and the panel ceramic membrane technology. The pilot experiment basement and example project were built up. It was shown that the pro- ject could treat the raw water with the ammonia concentration of 3~5 mg/L effectively, and the effluent could meet the GB 5749--2006 standards. This project was economical, stable, and offered multiple technology choices for the conventional treatment process upgrading reconstruction.
