婴儿Airtraq喉镜气管插管时七氟醚吸入的半数肺泡气浓度

摘　　要：目的计算出生3个月内的婴儿Airtraq喉镜气管插管时七氟醚吸入诱导的半数肺泡气浓度(MACEI50)。方法新生儿23例(N组,<1个月),出生1～3月的婴儿25例(I组),均采用七氟醚吸入诱导行Airtraq喉镜气管插管,采用序贯法测定MACEI50。结果 N组MACEI50为4.12%,95%可信区间(CI)为3.94%～4.24%。I组MACEI50为4.07%,95%CI为3.74%～4.42%。结论 Airtraq喉镜用于新生儿和1～3个月婴儿气管插管时的MACEI50分别为4.12%和4.07%。Objective To evaluate the MAC EI50 of sevoflurane during Airtraq laryngoscopic intubation in children under 3 months old. Methods Twenty-three neonates and 25 infants under 3 months were allocated into Group N and Group I. Intubation was completed by Airtraq laryngoscope under sevoflurane. The MAC EL0 of sevoflurane was administered by up-and-down method. Results The MAC Elso was 4.12% in Group N and the 95%CI was 3.94%-4. 24%. MAC EI50 was 4.07% in Group I and the 950/oo CI was 3.74%-4.42%. Conclusion Airtraq laryngoscope can be applied to tracheal intubation in children and the MAC EI50 of sevoflurane was 4.12% in neonates and 4.07% in infant under 3 month.
