我国区域医疗服务信息平台建设现状分析

摘　　要：通过文献检索，对我国前期区域医疗信息化建设重点项目，从项目特色、经济环境、信息环境、开发主体、投资及补偿途径、发展策略、覆盖范围、经验与推广价值等方面进行比较分析，认为我国区域医疗信息化建设各地发展状况不一，已经开发成功的试点多为科研项目，区域模式少，存在系统分割、连续性和协调性差、投资建设中资源浪费与资源不足共存等问题。建议后期区域医疗服务信息平台建设要注意交流经验，加大投资，完善补偿机制，完善顶层设计，在监管和技术能达到的范围内扩大区域。By means of literature review, the projects of healthcare information in China over the paper made a comparative study of key development last decade, in terms of their project characteristics, economic environment, development entity, investment and compensation practice, development strategy, coverage, experience and promotional values. Setbacks identified include the following： discrepancy in regional development stages of healthcare information; successful pilots are limited to scientific research samples; lack of regional models; systems separation; poor continuity and coordination; waste and insufficiency of resources in the investment and construction among others. The authors recommend a better exchange of experiences in building the regional healthcare information service platforms, greater investment, better compensation mechanism, better top-tier design, and maximized coverage within reach of supervision and technology.
