摘　　要：在综述国内外集体林权制度改革绩效评价研究的基础上，从经济、社会和生态三个横向方面和国家、政府、企业及农户四个纵向方面分析和归纳集体林权制度改革绩效评价指标及其评价方法，介绍时间序列数据比对方法和截面调查数据统计方法及其应用；从绩效评价指标的选择、样本选择、模型设定和计量方法选择差异等方面对实证分析结果进行归纳和评述。在上述基础上，提出集体林权制度改革绩效评价未来研究方向。This paper analyzed and summarized the performance evaluation indicators and the corresponding evaluation method of Performance evaluation of the Collective Forest Property Right System Peeform （CFPRSR）from the three horizontal aspects of the economic, social and ecological of and the four Vertical aspects of the state, goveminent, enterprises and farmers.It introduced the methods of time series data comparing and the statistical methods of cross-section surveying data and their applications. It summarized and commented the result of empirical analysis from the selection of the performance evaluation indicators, sanlple selection, model specification and choice of measurement methods differing. Based on the above, it proposed file future research directions of the performance evaluation of CFPRSR.
