摘　　要：目的分析重庆市卫生资源配置现状,为卫生行政部门优化卫生资源配置提供依据。方法对反映重庆市卫生资源的多项指标进行描述性分析和对比分析,并用基尼系数评价卫生资源配置公平性。结果至2009年底,重庆市共有卫生机构6512个,病床92689张,每千人口卫生技术人员、执业(助理)医师、注册护士数分别是3.05、1.36和0.97。卫生资源按人口分布基尼系数小于按地理分布。结论重庆市卫生资源总量不足,卫生资源按人口配置公平性优于按地理配置,护理人员严重不足且配置公平性差。OBJECTIVE To provide some scientific bases for health administrative sectors optimizing the allocation of health resources of Chongqing.METHODS Descriptive and comparative analyses were performed for the collected data,and the equity of health resources distribution was assessed by Gini coefficient.RESULTS In 2009,the number of health agencies was up to 6 512 with 92 689 sickbeds.The rate of health professionals,certified（Assistant）MD and registered nurses per thousand population was respectively 3.05,1.36 and 0.97.The Gini coefficient of geography distribution was bigger than that of population.CONCLUSION The total amount of the health resources in Chongqing is insufficient.The distribution equity of population is superior to that of regional＇s.The quantity of nurse is serious shortage and the configuration is unfair.
