柳州市美沙酮维持治疗“三位一体”管理模式效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过卫生、公安、社区三方面组成的"三位一体"综合管理模式,以提高社区戒毒与美沙酮治疗工作的效果。方法通过社区参与禁毒和防艾,以及同卫生和公安部门密切配合,对吸毒人群面对面帮教的教育方式并对其督导及有效转介干预。结果美沙酮维持治疗保持率由2008年的71.25%上升到2010年的87.13%,服药人员艾滋病感染率由2008年13.17%下降到2010年的4.04%,服药人员全部签署了《社区戒毒协议》,极大地推进了柳州市社区戒毒与美沙酮维持治疗工作的开展。结论采用"三位一体"社区综合管理工作模式,可以有效减少海洛因的使用及控制艾滋病的传播。OBJECTIVE To probe a new mode against AIDS by creating a new platform of community＇s which composed by health,public security and community participation in instructing and improve the effects for drug treatment and users with Methadone maintenance treatment.METHODS A face-to-face education with the participation of community had been done to supervisor and interfere guide the drug users to be away from drug and to protect against AIDS through the coordination with health,and public security.RESULTS Comparing with the 2008 and 2010,the ratio of the drug users have transformed to Methadone treatment had risen from 71.25% to 87.13%,and the HIV infection rate had been reduced from 13.17% to 4.04%,meanwhile,the drug users all subscribed the agreement of drug treatment that showed that advance the developing for drug treatment and users with Methadone.CONCLUSION Therefore it is necessary to probe into a kind of method with community＇s participation to reduce the drug-using and control the spreading of AIDS validly.
