重庆市南岸区居民健康素养现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市南岸区居民健康养素现状及其影响因素,为进一步干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选取703名15～69岁居民进行问卷调查。结果本次调查对象健康知识知晓率为64.6%,92.2%的人赞成洗手有助于预防流行性感冒,12.4%的人知道被动吸烟会引发的疾病;健康行为形成率为52.7%,96.7%的人知道骑摩托车必须戴头盔,13.1%人知道妇女怀孕后至少做几次孕期检查;健康技能掌握率为48.0%,被调查者对医疗救助电话和一些危险标识代表的意义的掌握率分别为98.2%和12.0%。居民健康素养主要影响因素为地区、性别、文化程度和职业。结论南岸区居民的健康素养水平较低,知识掌握不平衡,应有针对性地开展健康教育,提高居民健康素养整体水平。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation and relevant influencing factors of health literacy among the residents of Nan＇an District in Chongqing.,to provide scientific basis for intervention strategies.METHODS Used multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling,703 residents aged 15-69 years old were investigated with the questionnaire of health literacy.RESULTS The health awareness rate of participants was 64.6%,and 92.2% of the residents knew that＂washing hands is good to prevent influenza＂,while only 12.4% of them knew the kinds of disease caused by passive smoking.The forming rate of health behavior was 52.7%,and 96.7% of the residents knew that＂The motorcycle driver should wear a helmet while driving＂,but only 13.1% of them knew that＂How many examinations should be done at least in the period of pregnancy＂.The mastering rate of health skill was 48.0%,and the rates of the residents who had the skill of seeking medical telephone and some warning identifiers were 98.2%and 12.0%.The main influencing factor of health literacy were as follows：area,gender,culture level and vocation.CONCLUSION The basic health literacy among residents of Nan＇an District in Chongqing is low,the knowledge awareness is imbalanced.Special health education should be strengthened to improve the basic health literacy among residents.
