摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切镜下前列腺剜除术联合钬激光碎石取石术治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)合并膀胱结石的临床效果。方法 2008～2010年采用经尿道电切镜下前列腺剜除术联合钬激光碎石取石术治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者30例。结果 30例均手术成功,膀胱结石一次性清除率100%。手术时间:60～120min,其中膀胱结石清除时间为5～40min,术后5～7d拔除导尿管,12～14d拔除膀胱造瘘管。30例均排尿顺畅。结论经尿道电切镜前列腺剜除术联合钬激光碎石取石术治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石安全有效,出血少,并发症少,是治疗BPH合并膀胱结石的理想方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of combination of transurethral enucleation and resection of the prostate and holmium laser cystolithotripsy in benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）with bladder stones.METHODS From 2008 to 2010,transurethral enucleation and resection of the prostate and holmium laser cystolithotripsy were performed on 30 patients with BPH accompanied with bladder stones.RESULTS The procedure was performed successfully at one stage in all 30 cases without complications,and complete bladder stones free rate was 100% after operation.The operative time was 60-120min.The lithotripsy and evacuation of fragments time was 5-40 min.The urethral catheters were removed 5 to 7 days after operation.The bladder fistula were removed 12 to 14 days after operation,all of 30 cases were treated successfully.CONCLUSION The experience with transurethral management of BPH with bladder stones using resectoscope transurethral enucleation of the prostate combined with holmium laser cystolithotripsy suggests that it is not only safe and effective but also has fewer complications and less bleeding.
