摘　　要：目的调查某院住院患者中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法随机抽取该院各科室的出院病历723份,进行用药数据的统计,并评价用药合理性。结果该院中药注射剂使用率74.7%,临床诊断与用药相符率98.3%,剂量规范率为94.1%。结论该院中药注射剂应用广泛,临床诊断与用药相符率较高,存在用药的疗程不当、溶媒选择及剂量不规范等问题,应加强中药注射剂临床应用的评价。OBJECTIVE To investigate the patients used traditional Chinese medicine injections（TCMIs）in our hospital,provide scientific basis for clinical rational drug use.METHODS A random sample was conducted in all sections of the hospital,723 medical records were collected,then analyzed drug use data,and evaluated the rational use of drugs.RESULTS TCM injections rate was 74.7%,clinical diagnosis and medication compliance rate of 98.3%.Dose standard rate was 94.1%.CONCLUSION TCMIs are used widely,and clinical diagnosis and medication compliance rate are higher.There are problems like inappropriate medication treatment,non-standard solvent selection and dose.We should strengthen the evaluation of clinical application of TCMIs.
