摘　　要：肺功能检查既是一门医学计量测试技术,也是一种研究呼吸生理的无创性工具,更是一项诊断某些呼吸系统疾病的金标准,如同测量血压对诊断心血管疾病一样重要。肺功能检查需要指导者耐心教导和受试者的高度配合,文章主要就临床上常用的肺功能检查方法、指标及含义做一简要概述。Lung function test refers to a medical measurement technique, a noninvasive tool for investigation of respiratory physiology and a gold standard for diagnosis of some respiratory diseases, which is as important as the blood pressure meas- urement for diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. The patience teachings of instructors and the high cooperation of subjects are required. In the present study, the method, indicator and implication of lung function test were briefly reviewed.
