摘　　要：1921年2—3月,库伦、恰克图相继失陷。1万多名中国难民流落到上乌丁斯克、赤塔等地。本文依据档案资料对北京政府与中国东北地方当局接运这批难民的经过进行了探讨。From February to March in 1921,Kulun and Qiaketu subsided and more than 10,0 00 Chinese refugees wander about in Shangwudingsike(上乌丁斯克),Chita(赤塔)a nd other places.Based on archives,this paper discusses the process of receiving and carrying the refugees of Beijing government and the Northeast China local authorities.
