网络成瘾的实证现状及运动干预研究述评

摘　　要：在文献资料的基础上,对网络成瘾的调查与干预等实证方面进行了深入的研究。发现存在网络成瘾的测量工具不完善、调查方法有待改进、干预措施缺乏实效等问题。由此提出完善科学有效的测量工具,注重防治网络成瘾的有效措施,并突出体育运动、心理辅导与健康教育等多种方法相结合的综合干预方案。On the basis of materials, this paper researches the empirical aspects of investigation and interventions on internet addiction deeply. The study finds that measuring tools are not perfect and investigation method needs to be improved, and intervention measures lack of actual effect and other issues. It suggests that we should improve scientific and effective measurement tool, focus on effective measures for prevention and treatment on internet ad- diction, prominent comprehensive interference scheme on sports, psychological counsel and health education and other method.
