马来酸左旋氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦酯分散片治疗高血压疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用坎地沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压的降压效果。方法将87例原发性高血压患者随机分为坎地沙坦加氨氯地平组(A组)和氨氯地平组(B组)进行治疗,并记录动态血压数值并进行分析。结果两组患者经过治疗8W后收缩压与舒张压均有明显下降(P<0.01),试验组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。试验组血压平滑指数为4.61/3.97,对照组血压平滑指数为2.28/2.53。结论马来酸左旋氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦酯分散片治疗高血压较单用马来酸左旋氨氯地平降压幅度大、持续时间长,控制血压更平稳。Objective To explore the antihypertensive effect of candesartan combining with amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Totally 87 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into candesartan plus amlodipine group（treatment group） and amlodipine group（control group）,blood pressure were observed and analyzed.Results The SBP and DBP of patients in two groups decreased significantly after 8 weeks（P0.01）,that in treatment group were obviously decreased compared with that in the control group（P0.05）.The smoothness index of treatment group was 4.61/3.97,the control group was 2.28/2.53.Conclusions Compared with the control group,the treatment group presented the better effect to the patients with essential hypertension,and could reduce the blood pressure in a greater degree with longer time.The treatment group may decrease the blood pressure in a smoother way.
