摘　　要：目的探讨宫、腹腔镜联合手术在女性不孕症诊治中的应用优势。方法联合应用宫腹腔镜对256例女性不孕症患者进行检查,并对病因明确者予以相应的手术治疗。结果造成女性不孕的主要原因是盆腔粘连、盆腔炎和输卵管阻塞,子宫内膜异位症、宫腔病变也是常见因素;宫腹腔镜联合手术较单纯宫腔镜、腹腔镜诊疗不孕症诊断率明显提高。结论应用宫腹腔镜联合诊断女性不孕症的盆腔及宫腔病变,具有直观、准确、全面的优势,同时可行针对性手术治疗,提高输卵管阻塞的手术成功率。Objective To explore the advantages of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of women with infertility.Methods To have physical examination and the operation on the 256 patients who have a clear cause of disease by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopye.Results Pelvic inflammatory disease,pelvic cavity adhesions,salpingemphraxis were the main cause of women with infertility,endometriosis and the pathological changes of cavitary uteri were also the reasons.Compared with the diagnosis and treatment of women with infertility by simple elaparoscope treatment,the advantages of the diagnosis and treatment by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy was obvious.Conclusions Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy surgery can diagnose the cavitas pelvis and uteri of women with infertility directly,exactly and all roundly,improve the achievement ratio of oviducal deoppilation.
