福建省2009-2011年麻疹实验室网络运转情况分析

摘　　要：目的评价福建省麻疹实验室网络(Measles Laboratory Network,MLN)的运转状况。方法对福建省2009-2011年MLN监测指标完成情况进行描述性分析。结果福建省2009-2011年麻疹监测系统共报告疑似病例标本1 789例,采集血清标本1 177份,采集率为65.79%;3 d及时送达率为91.76%;实验室7 d结果报告率为92.41%,主要监测指标逐年提高。近3年未分离到麻疹病毒,共分离风疹病毒27株,经鉴定均为1E基因型。2009-2011年省级麻疹/风疹实验室通过了WHO现场认证、国家职能考核和血清学标本复核,各设区市网络实验室也通过了省级盲样考核和血清学复核,一致率分别为98.76%、100%。结论福建省MLN运转良好,2011年监测指标达到方案要求,在麻疹控制和监测工作中发挥了重要作用。Objective To evaluate the running status of Fujian provincial Measles Laboratory Network（MLN）.Methods To analyze the surveillance results of measles laboratory network during 2009-2011 by descriptive epidemiology method.Results 1789 suspected measles cases were reported during 2009-2011,and 1177 measles sera samples were collected.The collection rate was 65.79%,and the rate of sample sending in 3 days was 91.76%,and the rate of laboratory result reported in 7 days was 92.41%,the main surveillance indicators increased year by year.In the past three years no measles viruses were isolated,27 rubella viruses strains were isolated,all the rubella viruses were identified to be H1 genotype.Fujian provincial measles laboratory passed the on-site review by WHO,the proficiency test and the sera sample re-check hold by National laboratory.The provincial measles laboratory passed the sera samples re-check by National laboratory for measles during 2009 to 2011.The measles laboratory of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention（CDC） passed the sera proficiency test by the provincial measles laboratory,the consistent rate was 98.76% and 100% respectively.Conclusion The running status of Measles Laboratory Network of Fujian province was good,all the surveillance indexes achieved the requirement of the monitoring program in 2011,it played an important role in measles control and surveillance.
